N. Christopher Griffiths devotes his practice to a variety of areas, including administrative and government law; corporate and commercial litigation; bankruptcy law; and general litigation. Chris has represented a variety of government and corporate clients helping them achieve cost-effective solutions to complex problems.
While the majority of his practice is focused on representing municipalities and government agencies, Chris has direct experience litigating cases at every level of the Court system, advising general counsel, and serving as a solicitor. Chris also has experience representing clients in contract negotiations, land use disputes, landlord-tenant law, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Before entering private practice, Chris served as a wealth manager for the Wilmington Trust Company and the Vanguard Group.
Chris is dedicated to pro bono service, serving on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware; Children & Families First of Delaware; Ministry of Caring; Sacred Heart Village; and the Wilmington Library.
Chris has received the Delaware State Bar Association Young Lawyer of Distinguished Service Award, and the Delaware Supreme Court has appointed Chris as a Trustee of its Client Protection Fund. Chris also serves the board of the Delaware Law Related Education Center focusing on trial advocacy.
