Ben’s practice involves representing business and individual clients in corporate, commercial, labor, employment, and trust and estate disputes in Delaware’s state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Ben was an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office in Rockville, Maryland. In that role, he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony offenses with a focus on domestic violence prosecution, representing the state of Maryland in multiple bench and jury trials. Before joining the State’s Attorney’s Office, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael D. Mason on the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
In law school, Ben served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lisa P. Lenihan on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He was also an Articles Editor for the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law and a participant in the Health Law Appellate Moot Court and the Murray S. Love Trial Moot Court. Ben earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2015. He is a 2004 graduate of Penn State and previously worked for the Department of the Navy.
