Erica represents business and government clients across Delaware's courts. Drawing on her prior experience advising early-stage entrepreneurs and working as part of a team at a nationally-recognized law firm, Erica provides advice throughout the business and litigation cycles. As part of both the Delaware Business, Commercial and Corporate Litigation practice group and the Government Law practice group, Erica provides comprehensive support for a variety of client needs.

Erica earned her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. In law school, Erica earned a Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate and received the Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution Award. She is a graduate of the University of Miami.
