Jarrett practices in Connolly Gallagher's Business and Commercial Litigation group as well as the Corporate and Alternative Entity Litigation group. His practice involves representing clients in corporate and commercial matters, including litigation related to mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, shareholder demands, corporate governance and control, trusts and estates, and commercial contracts. He has experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Jarrett has been recognized by Chambers USA as “Up and Coming” for Chancery practice and by Delaware Super Lawyers as one of its Rising Stars for business litigation.
