Joe represents a wide range of clients, including business owners, companies, and individuals seeking both general counsel and litigation services. Joe’s primary expertise is in the fields of commercial and general litigation. He also counsels clients in contract disputes, real estate disputes, construction law, both commercial and residential landlord-tenant law, commercial leases and transactions, and insurance law. Joe represents clients at every level of the State judiciary as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and has achieved success both though trial and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to entering private practice, Joe served as law clerk for Judge Richard R. Cooch of the Superior Court of Delaware. He currently serves pro bono as an attorney guardian ad litem for the Office of the Child Advocate.
