Sara Barry represents businesses and individual clients faced with business law and fiduciary issues.  Sara’s representations focus primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including proceedings involving corporate M&A and shareholder class and derivative actions, and she also has experience litigating complex cases in the Delaware Superior Court and the United States District for the District of Delaware.

Sara graduated at the top of her class with her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and magna cum laude from Stockton University with her B.A. in Political Science.
