Sara is a member of the Business and Commercial Litigation and Corporate and Alternative Entity Litigation groups, bringing with her experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
While in law school, Sara gained additional experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Eric L. Frank and as a student attorney at the Penn State Dickinson Law Medical-Legal Partnership and Community Law Clinics.
