Shaun Kelly’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation. He assists on matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Supreme Court; and the District of Delaware.
Prior to joining the firm, Shaun served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Fraud and Consumer Protection Division for the Delaware Department of Justice. He also served a judicial clerkship with Justice Randy J. Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court. During law school, Shaun served as a summer intern to Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III, then a Superior Court judge.
Shaun graduated from Swarthmore College in 2010 and received his J.D. cum laude in 2013 from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as the Assistant Articles Editor and the International Liaison for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law Review.
