Tanner devotes his practice to a variety of areas, including administrative and government law, land use and real estate, and complex litigation.
Prior to joining Connolly Gallagher, Tanner served for four years as an active-duty officer and attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General (“JAG”) Corps where he advised Army senior leaders to ensure compliance with regulations, statutes, and governmental policies.
Along with his experience as an Army JAG attorney, Tanner worked for three years as an associate at a large Delaware corporate litigation firm where he gained valuable experience litigating cases in both the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court.
In addition to his role as an associate at Connolly Gallagher, Tanner continues to serve in the Army JAG Corps as a member of the Delaware National Guard where he advises senior leaders on both administrative and criminal law.
