Bill Passes in House (Congress) to Delay FLSA Rule Implementation

On September 28, 2016, the House (Congress) passed a bill to delay implementation of the FLSA rule/ regulation increasing the salary threshold for “exempt” status. The bill is called the “Regulatory Relief for Small Businesses, Schools, and Nonprofits Act.” See here. The bill has now been introduced in the Senate.
