Readers should be advised that Delaware legislation that we have been tracking and reporting on (here and here) was signed into law on June 30, 2016. The engrossed version of the new law can be found here. Like the new FLSA salary threshold, Delaware’s new FMLA-like law takes effect this December (i.e., 6 months after the date of its enactment).
