Boyer and Kelly present at DSBA Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics & Professionalism

Matt Boyer and Shaun Kelly of Connolly Gallagher LLP will present at the Delaware State Bar Association’s 24th Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics & Professionalism. The seminar’s focuses on “The Seven Deadly Sins In The Practice of Law.” Matt will be co-moderating along with The Honorable Mary M. Johnston and The Honorable Sherry Fallon, and Shaun will be co-hosting the interactive game show portion of the seminar.  For more information click here.

Matt Boyer’s employment practice includes compliance counseling, employment discrimination litigation, drafting and enforcement of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, internal investigations and employment-related mediations. Matt serves as a special master by appointment of the Delaware Superior Court. Shaun Kelly represents clients who are faced with a variety of business law issues, both in and out of litigation.  Shaun is a former Deputy Attorney General in the Fraud and Consumer Protection Division for the Delaware Department of Justice
