Boyer’s employment practice includes compliance counseling, employment discrimination litigation, drafting and enforcement of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, internal investigations and employment-related mediations. Matt serves as a special master by appointment of the Delaware Superior Court. Newell represents clients who are faced with a variety of business law issues, both in and out of litigation. Ryan is also a Delaware Superior Court certified mediator and has been appointed by the Court of Chancery and Superior Court as a Special Master and an assistant to a Special Master.
