Coastal Point, a Delaware community publication, wrote an article titled, Bethany looks to regulate wireless antenna installation in which Connolly Gallagher attorney, Christina Thompson is extensively quoted. Christina’s report to Bethany Town Council regarded the current status of related regulatory law and wireless antennas. She emphasized to the council that federal and state law are evolving, and some federal regulations will limit how much they can regulate the installation of wireless antennas. “While you want to allow it, you still want to have control over what they look like,” said Thompson. The Bethany Town council is expected to refine the draft report for a future first reading and then later adoption.
