Connolly Gallagher attorneys Chuck Durante and Trisha Hall will present at the 9th annual Delaware Trust Conference of the Delaware Bankers Association on September 30th – October 1st.
Chuck will participate in a panel discussion on the constitutional issues surrounding the income taxation of trusts. Trisha will moderate a panel addressing some of the unique issues facing fiduciaries when real estate or tangible personal property are included as part of a trust’s investment portfolio.
