Connolly Gallagher Attorneys Successfully Defend a Challenge to Kent County’s Comprehensive Plan

On July 1, 2013, the Court of Chancery granted summary judgment to Kent County, ending a several year multi-pronged challenge to Kent County, Delaware’s Comprehensive Development Plan. Farmers for Fairness v. The Kent County Levy Court, C.A. No. 4215-VCG (Del. Ch.). After the Court of Chancery denied Kent County’s Motion to Dismiss in January 2012, Connolly Gallagher was hired to defend the action and achieved dismissal of all claims against the County. Max Walton and Josiah Wolcott litigated the case on Kent County’s behalf.
