Sara Barry represents clients in business and commercial litigation as well as corporate and alternative entity litigation from our Wilmington office, specializing in clients faced with business law and fiduciary issues in the Delaware court systems.

Jarrett Horowitz represents clients in corporate and commercial matters, including litigation involving mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, shareholder demands, corporate governance and control, trusts and estates, and commercial contracts.
