Connolly Gallagher attorney Daniel R. Stanek was sworn in to the Delaware Bar on December 14, 2016 in the Delaware Supreme Court’s annual admission ceremony.
Dan is an associate in the firm’s Trusts, Estates and Taxation Practice Group. In this role, he handles complex tax issues, helps clients plan for the preservation and transfer of their assets, and advises fiduciaries on the administration of estates and trusts. Dan is also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Before joining Connolly Gallagher, Dan provided family office and private foundation consulting services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and worked in KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Services group.
A graduate of Cornell University’s Dyson School of Business, Dan obtained his J.D., L.L.M. (Taxation), and certificate in estate planning from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. In his spare time, he mentors at an urban elementary school and is deeply involved in the sport of rowing.
