Delaware Supreme Court Appoints Ryan Newell To The Commission On Law And Technology
The Supreme Court of Delaware has appointed Connolly Gallagher attorney Ryan P. Newell to The Commission on Law and Technology. With recent amendments to the Delaware Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct addressing competence as it concerns the use of technology, the recently formed Commission will establish guidelines and best practices for the use of technology in the practice of law. While other states have made similar rule amendments, Delaware is the first state to appoint such a commission.
