On 3/4/25, Max Walton presented “The Do’s and Don’ts of Appellate Argument – a Case Study”. Max discussed both positive and negative behaviors and habits involved with presenting oral argument and written briefs before the Delaware Supreme Court, which also applies to appellate argument at all levels of federal and state courts.
