Connolly Gallagher’s Trisha W. Hall was quoted in a recent Philly.com article “Investing in You: New low-cost savings fund for special-needs children” by Inquirer staff writer Erin E. Arvedlund about the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act of 2014 signed by President Obama into law in December. The ABLE Act provides middle class families with a special needs child a low-cost, tax-advantaged account for saving money for the child’s care. Similar to a 529 Plan for educational expenses, the ABLE Accounts will be established and maintained through each State. Click here to read the article.
