The News Journal Names Connolly Gallagher A Winner of the Delaware 2018 Top Workplaces Award
Connolly Gallagher LLP has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The News Journal. Click here to check out the spotlight feature. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 60 companies made this year’s list,” said Arthur G. (“Chip”) Connolly, Managing partner of Connolly Gallagher. “Striking a balance between work and life is a formula for success!”
Connolly Gallagher was selected as a special 2018 Top Workplaces award recipient based on high scores from employee responses to a specific survey statement. The question related to company (firm) confidence in the leadership of Arthur G. (“Chip”) Connolly III. Described by employees, Chip is commended for being “open to new ideas and always willing to address everyone’s concerns.” He was also identified as being “trustworthy and encourages firm talent to strive for excellence.”
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
