Trisha W. Hall Quoted in News About Delaware Legislation to Allow Fiduciaries to Access a Person’s Online Presence

Connolly Gallagher’s Trisha W. Hall was quoted in a story by Sean Carlson of Delaware Public Media on legislation to allow fiduciaries to access digital assets and accounts. Trisha chairs the Delaware State Bar Association’s Estate and Trust Section’s Committee that helped draft the legislation. If passed, the legislation will allow executors of decedent’s estates, agents under powers of attorney, trustees of trusts, and guardians of incapacitated persons to access online accounts and assets.
