Trisha W. Hall Joins Connolly Gallagher LLP
Trisha W. Hall, who has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, has joined the Estates and Trusts Department of Connolly Gallagher LLP in Wilmington.
A graduate of Bryn Mawr College and an editor of the Journal of Technology of Law and Policy at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Ms. Hall was Vice President for Legal and Compliance for a Delaware trust company before returning to private practice in 2006. She has been awarded an “AV” rating, the highest possible, by the Martindale-Hubbell peer-review rating system.
She has a substantial estates and trusts practice in Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania. In addition to advising families in planning their estates, she advises lay and professional trustees and executors. She has been a leader in the Delaware bar in planning for captive insurance companies and developing rules for estate planning with digital assets.
